Michele Bass began working with children in 1992. Michele has acquired a degree in Early Childhood Education, holds a BS in Elementary Education, Magna Cum Laude and she was formerly the Director of HR & Marketing for one of the largest preschool organizations in the Denver Metro Area. For over 20 years she has been involved in the nanny industry expanding her knowledge through working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school aged and disabled children.

After marrying Mike Bass in 2010, Michele opened The Nanny Connection. She understands the importance of working with each family on an individual basis and will provide positive and timely feedback. Michele is delighted to be able to offer the best child care services and is excited to watch The Nanny Connection family grow.
